The hunting in South Africa will take place on privately owned Game ranches, our primary ranch being Vygenboomfontein Lodge just outside Vaalwater, in the Limpopo Province, offering excellent big game hunting and trophy hunting.
Currently holding concessions in excess of 200 000 acres, we alternate concessions so as provide you, the discerning client that opportunity to harvest the ultimate trophy of a life time.
The ideal time period for these hunts would be from March to end of September, mainly due to excessive heat in the summer months.
If these proposed time frames do not fit your time schedule, it would be no problem to accommodate other dates.
Daily Rate Includes
- Transport to and from Johannesburg International Airport by Hunting vehicle
- Services of a Professional Hunter and all other camp staff
- Accommodation, meals and drinks within contracted period.
- Field preparation of trophies and delivery to Taxidermist.
Daily Rate Excludes
- Air Charter
- Trophy Fees
- Taxidermist, packaging and shipping of trophies
- Gratuities
The hunts in South Africa are classified as comfortable, in other words the accommodation will be chalets or “ Rondavels “ with all the amenities expected from a hunt in a developed area.
Spouses and children are welcome and in most instances would be able to accompany the Hunter most of the way.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
The Safari will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total daily rate, all payments in US Dollar, (wire transfer, cash or travelers cheque).
- The balance of the daily rate to be received 30 days before commencement of Safari
- Trophy fees are to be paid in full prior to departure from the hunting camp
- Deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation within 90 days prior to commencement of Safari. Cancellation insurance is therefore recommended
- Prices quoted are subject to change and clients will be notified in advance if this occurs
- If traveling between hunting concessions is a necessity, that day of traveling will be charged at 50% of daily rate (Hunters only), if no hunting takes place on said day.
